Description:
– Avilink staff welcome the passenger at the jet bridge gate or terminal gate (for remote stand flights), with a name sign for identification;
– Assist the passenger in retrieving checked baggage (if any);
– Escort the passenger outside the terminal and hand over to relatives or designated contact person;
– Assist with arranging transportation for the passenger (upon request).
* Note: At all processing points, passengers will be served at priority lanes/counters;
